Whats New?

The New Harvard Phone Account Portal is Available

  • Telephone lines can be forwarded using Portal, Jabber or the desk set.
  • Voicemail can be accessed and managed from the portal and Jabber.
  • Call Forwarding and Single Number Reach settings has been migrated to the New Phone Account Portal. No action is required by the end user.

Note: The Directory is not available from the portal and is available from the phone and jabber client only.

Log in to your Harvard Phone Account

  • The New Harvard Phone Account Portal is Available
  • Must be connected to the Harvard Network or VPN to access.
  • If you do not get to the site, please clear your Cache  - See the knowledge articles in the center of the page.
  • The User guide can be downloaded from the portal as well by clicking "Get User Guides" on the left.
