The New Harvard Phone Account Portal is Available
- Telephone lines can be forwarded using Portal, Jabber or the desk set.
- Voicemail can be accessed and managed from the portal and Jabber.
- Call Forwarding and Single Number Reach settings has been migrated to the New Phone Account Portal. No action is required by the end user.
Note: The Directory is not available from the portal and is available from the phone and jabber client only.
- Reset your voicemail PIN
- Manage voicemail settings
- Set up call forwarding
- Set up Single Number Reach (SNR)
- Clear your cache
